How can I protect my recently developed name "brand" throughout different industries legally?

I am a retailer (incorporated) and I developed my own product to sell at the store and igned it a fun and creative name. Turns out that half my sales are based on customers simply liking the name. Now how can I protect myself from others copying or mimicking my name? I believe I'd need a copyright or patent or trademark but not sure which and how to go about it. Would it be possible to maintain protection throughout various industries as well? Thanks so much!
